Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If we are unable to fit you in for the day, a late fee of $25 will be added to your account.


If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, ( 10 minutes or less) you will still be charged the full cost of your service.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will receive a text message and email 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. Therefore a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or change a booked appointment. If your appointment is canceled or changed with less than a 24-hour notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service. We understand that life happens, please try to be courteous of our schedules.

SICKNESS OR EMERGENCIES

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

NO SHOW

If you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service.

APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. It is unacceptable to come to your scheduled appointment with globs of mascara and/or a ton of makeup. If this is the case, you may get charged $25 for a lash bath.

If you need it to clean your lashes before your scheduled time, please plan accordingly.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No refunds.
Exchanges will be allowed on broken or damaged goods.

As a courtesy to our staff and clients, we ask that you please silence your cell phone upon arrival.
